Latin America Teach the Teacher Asthma Right Care - Tier 2 CamCar

In October/November 2021 at an international virtual meeting, educational leaders from Portugal, Spain and Chile worked together with the IPCRG to co-create a master curriculum on how to teach as well as key clinical content on diagnosis and management of asthma. The Central America and Caribbean master faculty moved to their Tier 2 programme teaching another 17 teachers from Honduras, Guatemala, Dominican Republic and Panama. The event was held on the 21st May 2022 in Panama. The seventeen Tier 2 trainers were primary care practitioners with special interest in respiratory diseases Tier 1 Masters to develop a curriculum for extending sustainable and scalable education to the primary care frontline of health practitioners working with asthma.
