11th IPCRG World Conference

Working in partnership with GRAP (Grupo de Respiratorio en Atención Primaria, Spain) IPCRG was delighted to run the 11th IPCRG World Conference in Málaga, Spain from the 5-7 May 2022. The 4th IPCRG World Conference was held in Seville, Spain in 2008 & we are delighted to return to working with our Spanish colleagues at GRAP for the first IPCRG in-person conference since Porto, in 2018.

Given the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on conferences, our 10th world conference was totally virtual. Málaga allowed us to reunite in person, and also to build on our learning about virtual conferences to broadcast sessions globally to achieve the widest reach we can.

Therefore the theme of Málaga was REUNITE EVALUATE ADVANCE.

The conference programme was built by our Scientific Programme Committee, seeking ideas from our network. We used technological improvements to offer a platform for our large Spanish and Portuguese-speaking networks to showcase their best research and education and speakers for a global audience.

The conference took place at the Málaga Conference Centre.
