IPCRG Position Paper No. 1 - Primary care and chronic lung disease
This 2-page Position Paper summarises the potential positive impact of primary care on two of the major contributors to the global disease burden (tobacco dependence and chronic lung disease) and describes how it could reduce variation in access to care and health outcomes.

March 2020: as part of the UK National Institute of Health Research (NIHR)-funded RESPIRE programme, IPCRG has co-created a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on chronic respiratory disease in primary care settings with its members in South Asia and the University of Edinburgh that is free to all. Its first run has completed, with over 1200 enrolments. It will run twice more on the FutureLearn platform.
